All The Rage

A free, funny PDF magazine for unusual people

The most accidentally-read PDF magazine on the internet!

What is an All The Rage?

As soon as anything becomes trendy it usually goes rubbish, and frankly we miss the days when the internet was dominated by people who had something a bit wrong with them. Nowadays everyone likes to think they’re a bit “nerdy” regardless of how socially skilled they are, or how few of the seven signs of autism they routinely display, and as a result the standards of the average nerd have plummeted.

But it’s not just for people who put their rucksack over both shoulders, or those who pine for simpler times. ATR’s editorial brief is not truth or whimsy or nostalgia or hardcore journalism — the priorities are interestingness, humorousness and quality writing. It is intended as a safe haven for anyone who has never found a magazine that was quite right for them, or who gave up half way through attempting to read a conventional e-zine on their computer, shrieking, “Why is this better than a normal magazine?! I can't even take it on the bus!”

Possibly the best thing about the mag is that there’s no sponsorship, advertising or anything like that. Everything is done for free, and for love, although not for free love, which is something else. This actually keeps the standard remarkably high*, and contributors include everyone from internet celebrities, journalists and script-writers to academics, artists and frustrated housewives. If you like what you see, give us some link-love on del.icio.us, stumbleupon, or your blog why don’t you?

And if you want to contribute, or pile praise upon us, or both, then please do drop me a line.

* Also we’re a bit obsessive about stuff. Not in a court-order way, just in a nice, pro-professional, slightly anti the whole amateur-zine revival where any old biro-drawn bollocks can be sold online for actual money sort of way.

All The Rage comes to you from the makers of another free, fun community-ish project Worry Friends.
