Hello, subscribers and people who've been featured in the magazine.
And some other people who I've presumptuously tacked on just to let
them know.

I guess the first big news is that the name has changed. I'll always
love Maus Of Elliott, but it's a bit personal. So we're going with All
The Rage from now on.
